Hi I Have A G4P2 24yo High Risk Pregnancy Girl

Hi I have a G4P2 24yo high risk pregnancy girl staying with me now (as in the past 48hrs), poor nutritional status, almost 37wks intermittent irreg contractions, that I Just became a where was using suboxone for approx 2mo. Before "becoming aware she was pregnant" then MD changed her to subutex 8mg bid. She said she has only been taking 1tab day for past two weeks, and 1/2 tab this am (1pill left) been experiencing withdrawal effects since then..I am concerned about the risk involved with this baby having withdrawal, and what will be the plan with weaning baby, what type of baby might I expect to be born?? Also her lowering her dosage of this drug and having withdrawal symptoms????
