Hi, I Have A Keloid On My Chest Centre And

Hi, I have a Keloid on my chest centre and I am taking laser treatment with injects from a dermatologist. However, due to pus formation in some areas, I am not able to take complete treatment on the area. Doctor provided some antibiotics but has no effect on the pus and as a result my treatment is on hold. Can you please suggest some way to get rid of the pus. so that i can take treatment of full keloid.
