Hi, I Have A P Size One That Doesn't Move

Hi, I have a P size one that doesn't move under the skin of my stomach. It's on the upper side of my stomach. I have been really bloated lately, and a super painful to touch, and it hurts every time I get up to stand up or sit down in that area where the lump is. Any idea what this could be? I'm really scared!!
