Hi. I Have A Ankle Injury That I Have Been

Hi. I have a ankle injury that i have been battling for almost a year. Right now the cartilage is breaking up and i am due for surgery in a few days, but lately the affected area (mostly the leg) is getting ice cold all the time. It feels numb and cold, but yet it's warm to the touch. Do you have any suggestions?
