Hi I Have A Bad Fall That Resulted In A

I have a bad fall that resulted in a serious traumatic brain injury. It is almost 8 weeks after the fall and I have been going for physio 3 times a week. Since the fall all my fingers are stiff and tingling and I need to find a solution to this. I have been reading about nerve damage and got different advice on the web.

Hope you can advice me on this matter
