Hi, I Have A Big Bump On My Nose And

Hi, I have a big bump on my nose and its skin colored and it hasn't come to a head but anytime I barely push on it from the side clear fluid comes out. My derm thought It was a flat ward but he wasn't sure. I have no idea why it keeps coming back I've been using creams and taking doryx for a long time. It started to go away but it's back again! What do I do? :(
