Hi I Have A Big Lump On My Inner Left

Hi I have a big lump on my inner left thigh...a few days after discovering it I noticed a huge bruise over the lump and it's super painful. It won't pop...there is no head...and when you grab it it feels like all the fast and muscle around it is very swollen painful and inflamed...should I go to er?...no fevers sweats or chills....thigh has allot of pain.....on plavics for stent placement in a veugn in my groin 2 months ago ...please help...
