Hi. I Have A Bit Of A Problem. I Am

Hi. I have a bit of a problem. I am a transwoman, but have no insurance and no psychiatrist. My GP has stated that he'll happily write a scrip for oestrogen, but requires that I either have a letter from a psych (followed by another year or two of antiandrogens, which are expensive), or a bilateral orchi. How can I get an orchiectomy without hassle? Gatekeepers, eek. Help!
