Hi! I Have A Bladder Infection And Am On Ciprofloxacin.

Hi! I have a bladder infection and am on ciprofloxacin. 500 mg. twice a day for the past 3 days. However pain in lower back has returned and temp has returned also. Temp is only 99.2 but regardless was gone and now has returned. Do I need to b looked at by a doctor or just wait it out. It is Friday and also New Years.
