Hi, I Have A Boil. Im In Fiji And Went

Hi, I have a boil. Im in Fiji and went to the local hospital on 10/4 and they gave me a shot of some antibiotic and 2 scripts; Flagyl and Flucloxacillin. The boil looks worse now, hurts like hell and there is a growing "rend" at the top of the egg sized monster that looks infected. It weeps slightly but no drainage (I pray constantly for this). How long should I wait for this to go in a better direction before I fly home?
