Hi, I Have A Boil On My Areola And Im

Hi, I have a boil on my areola and im breast feeding it is painfull especially when lactating. I am so worried because a year ago I had an aggresive abcess on my left breast just above the areola. They even wanted to operate to drain the puss but luckily it opened and drained on its own. Is it safe for me to give baby this milk? I am so scared to even go to the clinic because the last time I went they reffered me to the hospital and they gave me antibiotics and advised that its safe to breastfeed while taking them and then my child ended up in hospital with an urine infection.
