Hi! I Have A Boyfriend That Is Sick But Can't

Hi! I have a boyfriend that is sick but can't afford insurance. After eating a heavy meal he gets sick and throws up. He also has had a horrible cough which we thought might have just been from allergies for a few weeks now but he has no signs of a running nose or any other allergy symptoms. As well as today for the first time his nose started to randomly bleed. Is this all signs of something serious and needs to be treated or is it just coquencidental that these, can be seen as minor, symptoms have occurred.
