Hi I Have A Bruised Feeling In RH Side Of

Hi I have a bruised feeling in RH side of throat when I swallow. It's more acute when I yawn, and my right ear sometimes is very mildly sore, though the ear symptom is more often manifested as a quicker than heartbeat "bumping sound" in my inner ear which is more noticeable when that ear is hard pressed against my pillow. I have had these symptoms for at least a couple of months on and off.
