Hi I Have A C Section Delivery In 25 Nov

Hi
I have a c section delivery in 25 nov 2015.
After one month i am facing my periods twice in a month.
My doctor pescribed navolan, one tablet each day for 21days.
After completing 21day i just face the bleeding today.
My question how long i should continue it?
