Hi, I Have A Cebeacous Cyst On My Spine, On

Hi, I have a cebeacous cyst on my spine, On top of blocked sweat gland. It has grown and I have pain in area also it has turned black it is about 5cm wide should I be worried and go back to the doctor because it's changed colour and back pain? Can it turn cancerous ?
