Hi I Have A Co-worker That Assigned In Our New

Hi I have a co-worker that assigned in our new store which has a zero degree imperature. Afters a month he adiagnose a for stage 4 cancer in the back of his nose.
May I ask if the freezing cild area has effect to his health.. he also smoke.
