Hi, I Have A Cold Feeling Throughout The Middle Of

Hi,
I have a cold feeling throughout the middle of my abdomen. I have been having gallbladder issues for years. I was diagnosed with acid reflux but haven't had any symptoms for a couple of years now. I had a gallbladder attack a week ago that almost made me pass out as it must have been pushing on my vagus nerve and causing my blood pressure to lower. Along with that I was nauseous. After I laid down my blood pressure normalized and I felt clearer in my head. My hands went numb and I broke out into a cold sweat. I wanted to know if the two could be related? The last few days I have changed my eating to no sugar, gluten, processed foods, meat, milk, or oils besides avocado, olive and coconut.
