Hi I Have A Contant Feeling That There Is Something

Hi I have a contant feeling that there is something stuck in the right side of my throat ,I had an ear infection witch has cleared but the felling is still there also I have a swollen gland that side and when I drink cold water it feels like is going in my ear,I'm going out of my mind as worried it could be something serious.
