I have a couple of open wounds ( not very big ) that when they scab over there is yellow puss inside. So the scab is enlarged. I have cleaned the wound with warm soapy water, applied and antibiotic cream and covered it with a sterol band-aide. But because it hurts I break open the wound again to drain the puss and start the same procedure all over again.
