Hi, I Have A Cyst On My Side, Under My

Hi,

I have a cyst on my side, under my armpit but above where my bra is. I've had it for at least 3 years, and it's recently turned red and become painful. Each day it was getting bigger and more red, so after the 4th day I went to the doctor. I was prescribed 850mg/125mg of Augmentin to take twice a day for 6 days. I just finished the 6 days, and the cyst has gotten noticeably bigger, more red/swollen, and today it's also grayish on the lower part.
I've had this cyst for many years and my doctor said it was fine, but I'm currently abroad and going to the doctor is intimidating (I went to the campus one when I was prescribed the antibiotic), and I'm just not sure what to do. I'm a bit scared and would like any helpful advice. Do I go back to the campus doctor and see what he says? Should I go to the hospital and see a different doctor?? Obviously the antibiotic didn't help at all. I'm just worried!
