Hi, I Have A Dark Black Area On One Tonsil

Hi, I have a dark black area on one tonsil and a white pus area on the other, which I have had for a while. I have used antibacterial mouthwash but it it hasn't shifted. I have also a red spot on front of my lip for last few weeks. starting to panic about mouth cancer (especially as a I like a drink and a cigarette) and I am nearly 40 years old.
