Hi I Have A Dent In The Top Center Of

Hi I have a dent in the top center of my head I'm 20yrs .I never hit my head to my knowledge. But I could remember when I was about 13 yrs I had inhale some water through my nose accidentally while showering and after that I felt a tingling sharp pain on the right side of my head. Before I used to get headaches only on that right side of my head but now it has eased up.And on the right side has a slight hump on my head
