Hi I Have A Diagnosis Of Chiari Malformation After Going

Hi I have a diagnosis of chiari malformation after going the doctors for cough headache and confirmed by MRI although my symptoms have been mild and few.
Last night while I was walking I got a sudden constant pressure like ache in the back of head which quickly spread to the whole left side of my face/head/neck/shoulder. As it started to ease I then got a numb feeling in its place followed by a burning sensation left side of my face as well as hot and cold feelings mainly around my head as well as sweaty palms including faint tingling in both arms but worse left arm... Headache felt like a clamp on the back of my head and left temple.
Question is, could this be related to chiari and should I report it to doctor... Whatever it was it lasted around an hour, I also felt quite disorientated and moving my head seemed to make it worse. I've woke today feeling better bar my neck aching and my tinnitus much louder? Male age 30 thanks in advance, Ste uk
