Hi, I Have A Few Questions About My Reproductive System

Hi, I have a few questions about my reproductive system for things i have noticed over the past couple of months that seem out of the ordinary.
Firstly, over the past 8 or so months my period has become irregular (it normally started on the same day every month for the same amount of time) but now it will come whenever and lasts longer than normal. I have been getting very sharp pains in both ovaries and this is happening every day or two. The pain will only last for about one minute and sometimes it is both sides and others it is one or the other side.
I have also noticed that when I'm showering and cleaning my vagina, there is a fishy odour. But there isn't a bad smell any other time, only when I'm in the shower.
Any light that you can shed on the situation would be helpful.
