Hi, I Have A Few Red Bumps On My Tailbone

Hi, I have a few red bumps on my tailbone area for a few months now. The bumps itch every now and then. When I scratch at them and pick the scab off, they itch and burn a little. I've tried letting them scab and heal but they don't seem to go away and they're not spreading at all.
