Hi, I Have A Few Small Red Bumps Around The

Hi, I have a few small red bumps around the entrance of my vagina. They are not blisters or open sores and do not itch. They feel slightly irritated. I have only one partner and we were both tested for STDs in December; both of our tests were negative. What could this be?
