Hi I Have A Few Symptoms: Swollen Feet And Ankles

Hi I have a few symptoms: Swollen feet and ankles ( the last couple days), and for several months I have experienced a sensation on the back of my left arm( not constant and not just at rest or active), seems as if I can feel my blood moving down my arm( I know but that is what it feels like) and also weight gain? I have been to a cardiologist and passed all the tests, so wondering what else it could be?
