Hi I Have A Friend That Is Beginning To Turn

Hi I have a friend that is beginning to turn her life around. She use to be a stripper. She is 27. I think she abuses alcohol has anywhere from 6 to 12 beers a day that I know of, addicted to meth. She tells me for bout 7 years> I have seen her snort it but she also says she's smokes it. I have never seen her do this though. She smokes about a pack of cigarettes a day. She had an abortion back in January or February. Believe it or not she is doing better the last 4 months not stripping but bartending at a normal bar. She physically looks in great shape with good teeth, and good hygiene. She hasn't been to a Dr. other than the abortion clinic in about 5 years. She needs to go. Has no medical insurance and really no money to pay for a Dr. visit.. Where can she go in the North Austin, Tx area to see a Dr.?
