Hi I Have A Friend Who I Want To Help

Hi I have a friend who I want to help so much. But everything I'm suggesting he keeps just blowing it over. Basically he uses cocaine and I can see it damaging his family life and all he cares about is his friends and going out. He has now developed a spot like lump in his right nostril on the right hand side of the right nostril. Could this be linked to cocaine as his girlfriend is so worried now.
