Hi... I Have A Groin Hernia And I Have Been

Hi... I have a groin hernia and I have been putting up with it so I can keep working, being self employed I can't afford the time off.... I push it in and keep working etc... I'm a landscaper.

But now I it seems to not go back in, before I could feel it kinda pop back in... Now it's just kinda out... I push in it just comes back... It doesn't feel tight... But I have plenty of discomfort and sometimes sharp pain... I lay back and push it back for relief... But I am staring to worry about risk and maybe obstruction/strangulation etc....

How painful will it be when I should go to hospital as I tend to have a high tolerance?

You might think I am silly, but is just want to hold out as long as I can.
