Hi, I Have A Group Of Tiny Blisters On My

Hi, I have a group of tiny blisters on my right arm. My arm a few days before they appeared had been sore due to me over using it within the past week more than usual, using a cup with a wish to make protein shakes. I'd say by Sunday night I noticed a group of tiny blisters with dots in the middle. What might this be?
