Hi I Have A Guilt Inside My Neck At Left

Hi I have a guilt inside my neck at left part ..I consulted the doctor near by my home..He asked me to take a course of 10 days of antibiotics after my CBC and ESR test report which showed 11.2 hemoglobin and 30 ESR.Now after 10 days course he asked me to take repeat the course for more 10 days and I don't find is useful as the pain is still there please suggest me which chest should I go for now?
