Hi I Have A Had A Swollen Foot Since Last

Hi I have a had a swollen foot since last week Friday. I can't to stand on it for more then 4 hours before it starts throbbing. Unfortunately I work in a club and had to work in the weekend and yesterday. However for the whole time my foot has remained swollen. My toes look like sausages. The package weighed 17 kgs and hit the top of my foot. My question is when should I expect the swelling to go down? And when should I consult a doctor
