Hi I Have A Hard Lump About The Size Of

Hi I have a hard lump about the size of a 1 pence piece half way down my back about an inch from my spine. It doesn't feel moveable and doesn't cause any pain even when I press down on it. I noticed it a couple of months ago. It doesn't seem to have grown
