Hi, I Have A Hard Lump And Is Swollen On

Hi, I have a hard lump and is swollen on the lower eye socket to the right between eye socket bone and check, as well as another hard module where zygomatic arch (I think) starts. Had an ultrasound and the doctor said she could see swelling and thinks it could be a lymph node. No pain and no other symptoms. She has referred me to get a CT scan. Any idea what this could be?
