Hi I Have A Hard Lump On The Right Side

Hi I have a hard lump on the right side of my groin for the past 3 months.. Seen 2 doctors both felt it and have said it is "nothing out of the ordinary" finally pushed for an ultrasound which came back as a lymph node which may be reactive in nature. Both doctors and radiologist said that there was nothing unusual. Have been back to the doctors several times worried about possible lymphoma and both doctors have said that I DO NOT have it judging by my general health. If it was something serious by now would I be more I'll and should I be worrying?
