Hi, I have a heart related question. But first, some background. I am a 25 year old female, 5'.5" tall, 92 pounds, current smoker, recently found out that I have high overall cholesterol and high LDL levels, and am diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa.
My question is: Why does my heart start pounding after only walking up one flight of stairs? When I walk up stairs, I feel really tired, out of breath and my heart feels like it's beating out of my chest. Why does this happen? Should I be concerned?
