Hi I Have A History Of Ulcerative Colitis And Been

Hi I have a history of Ulcerative Colitis and been in remission for about a year and a half but lately when I go to the restroom I see blood when I wipe.. As I am at work and working my anus starts to get irritated and have to go to the bathroom and wipe and I'll see a mixture of blood.. Not sure whats going on??
