Hi, I Have A History Of A Heart Murmur And

Hi, I have a history of a heart murmur and irregular heartbeat. When i drink, almost always, the veins inaide my elbows are painful and ache terribly. Recently I have been drinking alcohol more than normal, but not what I would consider an unhealthy amount. My veins have been excruciatingly painful lately, and the large blood vessel in my neck has been hurting. The other night I went to sleep after drinking and felt my heart pause 5 times in a row- which has never happened to me before. I'm seriously worried and wonder what is happening? I have stopped drinking completely and I still have pain in my neck and murmurs are happening more often.
