Hi ! I Have A History Of A Low Blood

Hi ! I have a history of a low blood platelet count ; on occasion, I had counts of 2000, 15,00.Most normally, my count reaches presently between 138, 000 to 152,000. ( amegakaryocytothrombocetiapeniapurpura I understand that a blood thinner is administered after replacement knee surgery. Would this be a wise and safe surgery for me?
