Hi I Have A History Of Back Problems, Heart Problems

Hi I have a history of back problems, heart problems and low blood pressure issues, I've also had my thyroid removed due to cancer.. My question is what could cause me to feel my pulse in my entire spinal column? I also suffer from chronic headaches, and one of my pupils will dilate without head trauma that lasts from a few hrs to a couple days and have had to have some spinal fluid drained due to higher than normal pressure. I also have lupus that is mostly in a remission state as of late. Sorry allot to take in but I'm only 41 and at my wits end. Please, any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
