Hi, I Have A History Of Irregular Period. Last Period

Hi, I have a history of irregular period. Last period came in the month of November. Recently had sex with my boyfriend twice.first it happned on 7 January but it was a protected sex. Just to be in safer side took ipill. And then again it happned on 14 January. Protected again but he ejaculated in me. Condom was intact. But this time I did not take the pill. I started bleeding today ( 17 january). I m not sure if i shud go ahead and take the pill? Or leave it as I had my periods so I m not pregnant?

And also wanted to know if a partner enjaculates inside and with condom intact. What are the chances of getting pregnant and what shud i do. Is it necessary to have regular periods to get pregnant.
