Hi I Have A Hole Between My Pinky Toe On

Hi

I have a hole between my pinky toe on the right foot for a long time now. It was green but was treated with bactroban and is now white but the hole is getting deeper over time.

My wife tried cleaning it and tried clearing some of the dead skin away. I could not feel anything in or around the hole until she pressed the earbud in deep and i saw she had half the earbud head in the hole

Any ideas?
