Hi, I Have A Honeycomb Pattern That Appeared On My

Hi, I have a honeycomb pattern that appeared on my foot 24 hours ago. I saw a red mark yesterday but didn't pat any attention until today after my shower. Put lotion on and my foot kind of burned and looked down to see the same mark. It's a definite honeycomb pattern the size of a quarter. Any suggestions on what it could be or how to get rid of it? I was I the sun yesterday, but nothing out of my normal daily activities.
