Hi, I Have A Itching On Both The Inner Thighs

Hi,
I have a itching on both the inner thighs , it becomes red that area has got little blac and sometime it is difficult to wear pants , undergarment etc.i haveused itch guars but it didn't work much..pleaae suggest thw accurate medicine.
