Hi I Have A Kidney Stone And It Seems Stuck

Hi I have a kidney stone and it seems stuck right at my penis.. I feel like I need to pee but can't and it's not bein pushed out... it's only been about 4 hours. I had many stones before but most pop out... how long should I wait before it pops out or till I go to er.
