Hi I Have A Kind Of Ache Around The Right

Hi I have a kind of ache around the right side of my abdomen, around my ribs. It happens when I swallow food or water usually. I originally thought this might be trapped wind but it has been a few days and doesn't seem to be. I take omeprazole for a stomach condition (my stomach produces too much acid) but I'm not sure if this is related?
