Hi , I Have A Knot Right Above The Top

Hi , I have a knot right above the top of my left rib and vein that protrudes from that knot all the what up my left breast and hurts worst when I raise my arm and more visable, It looks like roots from a tree when standing sideways on my left breast. I thought I had the shingles but now it has cleared up, could this be a side effect? I have noticed the knot before but the vein looking worm is new!
