Hi, I have a large are on my neck that is white and patchy, it's been like that for years now and I've never really thought to ask about it. I was just curious of what it coukd be.it basically look like cheetah print scattered down my neck like bleached white. It's more viable if I'm hot or red bt it always looks the same and is always there
