Hi I Have A Large Squishy Mass The Size Of

Hi I have a large squishy mass the size of a small marble on the top left of my testicle that is painless yet distinct from my balls. It has been here for a couple months now yet I now seem to just starting to worry about it. You can see the strange, squishy, bumpy lump by just looking at my sack. What should I do? And should I be ultra worried?
